Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy. For most products, you have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in resellable condition (unused, unopened, or in original packaging) to be eligible for return. This ensures you can make a thoughtful decision while keeping our process smooth for everyone.

Please note: Some products have their own specific return policies that may differ from our general policy. For example, fully customized items like the IronBrew Rumble, handmade products, or certain limited-edition items may have different return windows, conditions, or restrictions. We always want to be transparent with you, so please check the individual product page for the specific return policy that applies to that item. The product-specific policy will always take precedence over this general policy.

The information below outlines our general return process, but if you see a different policy on a specific product page, that product's policy is what applies.

How to Return (General Process)

For products following our general return policy, here's how the return process works:

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at vibrew.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request promptly.
  2. Get Your RMA Number: Once approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return and process it quickly. Please include this RMA number on your return package.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and documentation. The item must be in resellable condition—unused, unopened, and exactly as you received it.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address we provide, making sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and verify your return meets our conditions, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions (General Policy)

For products covered by our general return policy, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Items must be in resellable condition (unused, unopened, or in original packaging)
  • Original packaging, tags, and all accessories must be included
  • RMA number must be obtained before shipping your return
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Remember: If a product has its own specific return policy listed on its product page, that policy takes precedence.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage). We'll provide clear return instructions and address details once your RMA is approved.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or model, please return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the item you prefer. We'll process your refund once the return is received and verified.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee beans or ground coffee
  • Fully customized items (such as IronBrew Rumble with custom specifications, gold plating, premium leather, or other personalized features)
  • Personalized, customized, or engraved items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Items returned without an RMA number or after the return window has expired

As mentioned above, always check the product page for any specific return restrictions that may apply to that particular item.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
